Caramelised Balsamic & Beetroot Relish Dip (Video)

Ingredients
- 1 x 250 g tub softened Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- ½ jar Latasha’s Kitchen Beetroot Horseradish Relish
- 50 mL Latasha’s Kitchen Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar
- Squeeze of ½ a lemon
- Garnish with flat leaf parsley

Method
- In a bowl add Latasha’s Kitchen Beetroot & Horseradish relish and mix well with Latasha’s Kitchen Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar.
- In a food processor, add softened cream cheese and lemon juice and process until smooth.
- Pour cream cheese into a bowl and mix through Caramelised Beetroot for a fantastic tasty dip.
