Method

  1. Drain oil from tuna.
  2. In a food processor, blend mayonnaise and tuna until smooth.
  3. Then add Latasha’s Kitchen Zingy Tomato Chutney and pulse for a few seconds until well combined.
  4. Stir through lemon juice.
  5. Fill lettuce wraps and garnish.

Tip:

Fantastic mixed through cooked fusilli pasta and garnished with cherry tomatoes, or use as a sandwich filler.
