Quick & Tasty Simmer – Vindaloo Masala Style
Ingredients − Serves 4
- 1 kg firm tofu, paneer, sausages, koftas, mince or any other veg, meat or seafood proteins, diced
- 1 jar Latasha’s Kitchen Vindaloo Masala Simmer Sauce
- ½ cup water to rinse out empty jar

Method
- Heat some olive oil in a pan.
- Pan fry your choice of diced firm tofu, paneer, sausages, koftas, mince or any other veg, meat or seafood proteins until golden brown.
- Pour over Latasha’s Kitchen Vindaloo Masala Simmer Sauce, then add water and gently simmer until proteins are done and sauce is reduced and thick.
- Enjoy with yoghurt or sour cream.
- Serve with rice, spuds, rotis, naans or over steamed vegetables. You can even use it as a topping for pizzas.
