  1. Heat some olive oil in a pan.
  2. Pan fry your choice of diced firm tofu, paneer, sausages, koftas, mince or any other veg, meat or seafood proteins until golden brown.
  3. Pour over Latasha’s Kitchen Vindaloo Masala Simmer Sauce, then add water and gently simmer until proteins are done and sauce is reduced and thick.
  4. Enjoy with yoghurt or sour cream.
  5. Serve with rice, spuds, rotis, naans or over steamed vegetables. You can even use it as a topping for pizzas.
