Quick & Tasty Simmer – Curried Greens Style

- Ghee or good oil
- 1 kg chicken, tofu, paneer or your choice of any preferred vegetables, meat or seafood, diced
- 1 jar Latasha’s Kitchen Curried Greens Simmer Sauce
- ½ cup water to rinse out empty jar
- ½ cup coconut cream or fresh pouring cream

- Heat some ghee or good oil in a pan.
- Fry your choice of chicken, tofu, paneer, vegetables, meat or seafood proteins until golden brown.
- Pour over Latasha’s Kitchen Curried Greens Simmer Sauce then add water, coconut cream or fresh pouring cream and gently simmer until proteins are done and sauce is reduced and thick.
- Enjoy with rice, spuds, rotis, naans or over steamed vegetables. You can even use it as a topping for pizzas.
