Quick & Tasty Simmer – Curried Greens Style

Ingredients − Serves 4

  • Ghee or good oil
  • 1 kg chicken, tofu, paneer or your choice of any preferred vegetables, meat or seafood, diced
  • 1 jar Latasha’s Kitchen Curried Greens Simmer Sauce
  • ½ cup water to rinse out empty jar
  • ½ cup coconut cream or fresh pouring cream

Method

  1. Heat some ghee or good oil in a pan.
  2. Fry your choice of chicken, tofu, paneer, vegetables, meat or seafood proteins until golden brown.
  3. Pour over Latasha’s Kitchen Curried Greens Simmer Sauce then add water, coconut cream or fresh pouring cream and gently simmer until proteins are done and sauce is reduced and thick.
  4. Enjoy with rice, spuds, rotis, naans or over steamed vegetables. You can even use it as a topping for pizzas.
