Quick & Tasty Simmer – Tikka Masala Style
Ingredients − Serves 4
- 2-3 tbsp ghee
- 500 g chicken thighs, diced
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 jar Latasha’s Kitchen Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce
- ¼ cup water
- 400 g mix of roasted tomatoes, red onions and peppers
- ½ cup thick cream
- Fresh coriander and mint leaves

- In a hot pan, add ghee and chicken thighs. Next add sweet paprika and tomato paste.
- Sauté well then pour in the Latasha’s Kitchen Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce. Rinse empty jar with ¼ cup water and add to pan. Cook until chicken is ready.
- Then add mix of roasted tomatoes, red onions and peppers. Pour in thick cream and drizzle with some honey.
- Garnish with coriander and mint leaves. Serve with naans or other roti breads.
