Quick & Tasty Simmer – Tikka Masala Style

Ingredients − Serves 4

  • 2-3 tbsp ghee
  • 500 g chicken thighs, diced
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 jar Latasha’s Kitchen Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce
  • ¼ cup water
  • 400 g mix of roasted tomatoes, red onions and peppers
  • ½ cup thick cream
  • Honey
  • Fresh coriander and mint leaves

Method

  1. In a hot pan, add ghee and chicken thighs. Next add sweet paprika and tomato paste.
  2. Sauté well then pour in the Latasha’s Kitchen Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce. Rinse empty jar with ¼ cup water and add to pan. Cook until chicken is ready.
  3. Then add mix of roasted tomatoes, red onions and peppers. Pour in thick cream and drizzle with some honey.
  4. Garnish with coriander and mint leaves. Serve with naans or other roti breads.
