Thai Red

Red Curry Paste or kreung gaeng phet daeng, is made from dried red chilies, shrimp paste, coriander roots, cumin, garlic, other herbs and spices.

Vindaloo

A fiery paste great for slow cooking, stir frying and marinating beef, lamb, pork, chicken or chunky vegetables.

Tandoori

Our paste is a highly-seasoned classic East Indian-style marinade used to give food the authentic flavour of tandoor oven cooking.

Rogan Josh

Rogan Josh is a classic North Indian red curry paste traditionally used for cooking lamb, goat or mutton; vegetarians will find it easy to make delicious stews, curries, paneer masala and baked dishes with vegetables.
