Magical cauliflower roast
Our Magical Cauliflower Roast is a perfect party dish or served as an entree at an Indian dinner party.
- 3 medium cauliflowers, washed and cut into large florets
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 to 4 tbsp Latasha’s Kitchen Turmeric Spice Magic
- 1 tbsp palm sugar
- Salt to taste
- Leaves stripped from 3 or 4 stalks curry leaves

- Pre-heat fan forced oven to 185˚C.
- Line oven tray with baking paper.
- Combine coconut oil and Latasha’s Kitchen Turmeric Spice Magic in a bowl. Add cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss to coat with the oil and Turmeric Spice Magic mixture.
- Spread cauliflower florets on the baking tray and sprinkle with palm sugar, salt and curry leaves.
- Roast in a hot oven for 25-30 mins.
