When we were invited to take over Perth Upmarket’s Instagram Story for 24 hours I was determined to have as much fun with it. At that stage, I expected to have all my equipment installed by the takeover date and planned to do some cooking shots. But of course nothing ever goes to plan when you’re opening a store.
