Herbed Couscous
Herbed couscous is a fluffy and vibrant side dish made by cooking packaged couscous to instructions then mixing in finely minced fresh herbs , butter, olive oil and orange juice.
Ingredients/Method
- Follow the packet instruction for a 500 g packet of couscous.
- Finely chop a small bunch each of fresh mint, dill, flat leaf parsley and coriander leaves and place herbs in a small bowl. Into the bowl add the juice of half an orange.
- In a saucepan bring together 2 tablespoons butter in 2 tablespoons olive oil. Warm through the minced herbs and stir the mix well with couscous.
- Garnish with rose petals and or fresh pomegranate and drizzle all over with crispy Latasha’s Kitchen Funky Black Bean with Harissa Chilli Oil.
