The 2018 De Lish Dessert, Coffee & Gourmet Food Expo will be once again held at Crown Perth on Sunday 4th February. In 2018 we will also be offering an extended program with additional masterclasses and associated events also being held on Saturday 3rd February at locations across Perth. The newly reinvigorated program will include live cooking demonstrations, masterclasses, speciality food tours a barista challenge, dessert competition and much more!
